Changes in organizations are only effective when those involved also live those changes.
Form a neurobiological standpoint, enthusiasm is the necessary fertilizer for motivation and willingness to change. It is not enough to have a good strategy, a good argument and optimized processes.

I provide support for companies and individual divisions to actually get through to those involved.

In my work with companies within the framework of change processes, I rely on
